In Fatherload, a man suddenly becomes a father, even though he hasn’t finished growing up himself. Amidst dirty nappies, vomit and sleepless nights, he is confronted with questions for which there is no manual.

After years of travelling the world in search of thrills, David Labi now soberly contemplates what lies ahead: a child. His child. What follows is a quest to discover how to care for another, whilst he himself is still searching for a foothold.
