WIPCOOP, the Work In Progress Cooperative of the Mestizo Arts Platform, returns to CAMPO. What the WIP? The platform offers both the arts sector and the public a unique opportunity to glimpse what’s brewing in the performing arts.
During this WIPCOOP, Shivadas De Schrijver, Aminata Soumaré, Hannah Zaouad, and Aday Morales will each present thirty minutes of their works-in-progress. After the presentations, they’ll engage in discussions with dramaturges, creative workspaces, producers, and programmers about the work shown and possible support. At the same time, the audience can take part in roundtable conversations and enjoy short pitches from other exciting creators.
WIPCOOP is an ongoing development trajectory in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, and Leuven. Its goal? To make new artistic work visible, foster dialogue, and bring artists and organizations together to further develop and present this work to the public.
